On Tuesday, the 9 th November, 2021, the Company has sent the Notice of Postal Ballot along with the Login ID and password to theMembers for e-voting who have registered their e-mail id'swithDepository Participant(s) orwith theCompany;
TheBoardofDirectorsoftheCompanyhaveappointedMr.DVMGopal(FCS: 6280and CP: 6798) orin his absenceMs.AnsuThomas (FCS: 8994 andCP: 16696), Practising CompanySecretaries as the Scrutinizerfor conducting thePostalBallot process.
Members are requested to provide their assent or dissent through e-voting only. The Company has appointed Kfin Technologies Private Limited for providing e-voting facility to enable theMembers to cast their votes electronically. The detailed procedure for e-voting is provided in theNotice of Postal Ballot. Members are requested to note that the e-voting shall commence from9:00Hours (IST) on Thursday, November 11, 2021 and ends on 17:00 Hours (IST) on Friday, December 10, 2021. The e-voting module shall be disabled by KFIN for voting thereafter.
In accordance with the abovementioned Circulars, physical copies of the Notice of Postal Ballot along with Postal Ballot Forms and Pre-paid Business Reply Envelope will not be sent to theMembers. The communication of the assent or dissent of the Memberswould take place through the remote e-voting systemonly.The voting rights ofMembers shall be reckoned as on November 5, 2021 which is the cut-off date.A personwhobecomesaMemberaftertheCut-offdateshalltreatthisnoticeforinformation purpose only. The copy of the Postal Ballot Notice is available on the Company's website at www.rain-industries.com, websites of the Stock Exchanges i.e., BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively and on the website of KFIN at https:// evoting.kfintech.com. Members who have not received the Postal Ballot Notice may download it from the above mentioned websites or write to the Company at [email protected].
Please note that the voting beyond 17:00 Hours on December 10, 2021 will not be valid and also shall not be allowed beyond the said date.
Members holding shares in physical mode and who have not updated their email addresseswith theCompany are requested to update their email addresses bywriting to the Company at [email protected] along with the copy of the signed request lettermentioning the name and address of theMember, self attested copy of the PAN card and self-attested copy of any document i.e.,Driving License or Election Identity Card or Passport orAadhar Card in support of the address of the Member. Members holding shares in dematerilisedmode are requested to register / update their email addresses with the Depository Participants with whomthey are maintainingDematAccounts. In case of any queries / difficulties in registering the e mail address,Membersmay write to [email protected].
The resolution if approved, shall be deemed to have been passed on the last date of e voting i.e., Friday, December 10, 2021. The result of e-votingwill be announced on or beforeSaturday, December 11, 2021 andwill be displayed on theCompany's Website https//:www.rain-industries.comand communicated toBSELimited andNationalStock Exchange of India Limited. TheCompanywill also display the results of Postal Ballot at itsRegisteredOffice.

అలాగే విద్యుత్కు సంబంధించి ఒక విధానం అంటూ లేదు. విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తిని, పంపిణీని కేంద్ర గ్రిడ్ పరిధిలో చేర్చినప్పటికీ ధరల నిర్ణయాధికారాన్ని రాష్ట్రాల వారీగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విద్యుత్ చ్రాదికార సంస్థలకే అప్పగించారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి ఒకే తరహా వ్యయం అవుతోంది. కానీ విక్రయానికొచ్చేసరికి పలు వ్యత్యాసాలుంటున్నాయి. కొన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లో గృహావసరాలకు యూనిట్ విద్యుత్ ధరను గరిష్ఠంగా $3.65$ రూపాయలకు విక్రయిస్తుంటే మరికొన్ని రాష్ట్రాలు గరిష్ఠంగా 6.95 రూపాయల వరకు వసూలు చేస్తున్నాయి. అదే పారిశ్రామిక అవసరాలకు కొన్ని రాష్టాల్లో రూ. $3.15$ ల వరకు వసూలు చేస్తున్నారు. కొన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లో $9.50$ రూపాయల వరకు ధర విధిస్తున్నారు. దీంతో విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తిలో ఏకస్వామ్యమున్నప్పటికీ ధరల నిర్ణయంలో గల బహుస్వామ్య విధానం రాష్ట్రానికి రాష్ట్రానికి మధ్య విద్యుత్ భరల్లో తీlవమార్చులకు కారణమౌతోంది.
