With reference to the above stated subject, we bring to your kind notice that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, the October 30, 2020, inter-alia, approved the following:

• i) Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone, Consolidated and Segment) of the Company for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020 (the Financial Results are being sent separately);
• ii) Declared an Interim dividend of Rs.l per equity share i.e., 50% on a face value of Rs.2/ per equity share fully paid up for the Financial Year ending on December 31, 2020; and
• iii) Fixed November 11, 2020 as record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for receipt of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year ending December 31,2020;
