With reference to the above stated subject, we bring to your kind notice that Mr. H. L. Zutshi (DIN: 00041002) was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for second term of five years i.e., from September 30, 2016 to September 29, 2021.

Consequent to completion of second term, Mr. H. L. Zutshi is ceased to be Chairman and Director of the Company with effect from September 30, 2021.

Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy Nellore, Vice Chairman of the Company will be the Chairman of the Company with effect from September 30, 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to place on record their appreciation and gratitude for the contributions made by Mr. H. L. Zutshi during his tenure with the Company as an Independent Director.
