INTEGRATION OF THE REMUNERATION AND APPOINTMENTS COMMITTEE

Rome, 6 May 2020 - Rai Way S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the Board of Directors of the Company, which met today under the chairmanship of Mario Orfeo, has appointed Ms. Paola Tagliavini, non-executive and independent Director, as a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, to replace Ms. Anna Gatti, who had already resigned as a Director of the Company, as announced on 21 April. Also in place of the latter, the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Joyce Bigio, a non-executive and independent Director, already a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, as Chairman of the same Committee.
