RAGUSA MINERALS LIMITED (ASX: RAS)

Ragusa Minerals Limited (‘Ragusa’ or ‘the Company’) wishes to formally retract the cleansing notice issued by it on 25 August 2021 (“Cleansing Notice”). The Company acknowledges that it was not able to issue the Cleansing Notice as it had been suspended for a period of more than five trading days in the 12 months prior to the date of the Cleansing Notice. The Company confirms none of the shares the subject of the Cleansing Notice (“Capital Raising Shares”) have been traded since their issue. A prospectus will be lodged with ASIC and ASX shortly to, among other things, facilitate secondary trading of the Capital Raising Shares.
