NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION

Ragusa Minerals Limited (ASX: RAS ) (“ Ragusa ” or “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Melanie Ross as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. A brief biography of Ms Ross is set out below.

Ms Ross is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 20 years’ experience in financial accounting and analysis, audit, business and corporate advisory services in public practice, commerce and state government. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Ms Ross is currently Company Secretary, and also of a number of other ASX listed entities.

In addition to the appointment of Ms Ross, the Company also advises that Mr Michael Melamed has resigned as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. The Board thanks Mr Melamed for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
