Ragnar Metals Limited (ASX: RAG) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Ragnar Metals Limited (‘RAG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RAG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 10 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Ragnar Metals Limited ( Company ) hereby makes application for a trading halt of its securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:

• The Company makes the request pending a significant announcement in relation to an update on the Swedish exploration program, a capital raising and an acquisition;

• The trading halt is to last until the Company releases an announcement regarding the exploration results, capital raising and acquisition which will occur before the commencement of trade on Wednesday 10 November 2021; and

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
