UPDATE ON POSTPONED EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Raffles Interior Limited (the "Company") refers to (i) its announcement dated 31 December 2025 in relation to, among the others, receipt of requisition from shareholder to remove certain existing directors and appoint new directors (the "Requisitions"), (ii) its circular, and the notice of extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") dated 5 January 2026 in relation to the Requisitions and the relevant proxy form, and (iii) its announcement dated 19 January 2026 in relation to the postponement of EGM (the "EGM Postponement Announcement").

As disclosed in the EGM Postponement Announcement, the EGM originally scheduled to be held on 20 January 2026 was postponed and rescheduled to Friday, 20 March 2026 (the "Postponed EGM"). The board of directors of the Company announces that the Postponed EGM will be held at 9 am on 20 March 2026 at 5 Sungei Kadut Street 2, #01-02/03, Singapore 729227.
