• As of December 31, 2008, Yehuda Zisapel beneficially owned 3,104,093 Ordinary Shares, of which 295,000 Ordinary Shares were owned of record by Carm-AD Ltd., an Israeli company, wholly-owned by the Reporting Person , and 239,491 were owned of record by Radbit Inc., a NewYork company, wholly-owned by the Reporting Person and 118,875 were owned of record by Neurim Pharmaceuticals (1991) Ltd. ., an Israeli company, wholly-owned by the Reporting Person and his wife , Nava Zisapel, . This amount also includes options exercisable into 60,000 Ordinary Shares which are exercisable or will be exercisable within the next 60 days.
