Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 17, 2025, RadNet, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of iCAD, Inc. (“iCAD”). The acquisition was effected through the merger of Trio Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with and into iCAD, with iCAD surviving the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. A copy of the press release announcing the closing of the acquisition is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
