A news release was issued by Radient respecting the material change through the facilities of Newsfile Corp. on October 28, 2022 and was subsequently filed on SEDAR.
Item 4 Summary of Material Change
Effective October 28, 2022, the Company appointed Dr. Steven Splinter as interim CEO and Dimitris Tzanis as a director of the Company. Dr. Splinter’s and Mr. Tzanis’s appointments follow Harry Kaura’s resignation as president, CEO, and a director of the Company.
Item 5 Full Description of Material Change
Effective October 28, 2022, the Company appointed Dr. Steven Splinter as interim CEO and Dimitris Tzanis as an independent, non-executive director of the Company. Dr. Splinter’s and Mr. Tzanis’s appointments follow Harry Kaura’s resignation as president, CEO, and a director of the Company. Mr. Kaura has notified Radient’s board of directors that he will continue to offer guidance and support as needed.
