Due to inadvertent error, the resultant paid-up capital of the Company (Post ESOP Allotment) was mentioned as 13,34,35,265 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs.26,68,70,530/ instead of correct paid-up capital of 13,35,68,265 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,71,36,530/-.
You are requested to please rectify the records accordingly.
