On April 10, 2012, Radian Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing, among other things, data regarding new mortgage insurance written and delinquencies for its mortgage insurance business as of March 31, 2012. A copy of this news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
