RACING FORCE: OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION EXERCISED
Ronco Scrivia (GE), 16 December 2021 - Racing Force S.p.A., parent company of Racing Force Group, a world leader in motorsport safety equipment, announces that the overallotment granted to the underwriter in the Offering by Saye S.p.A. and Nehoc System Limited has been exercised, with respect to 624.862 ordinary shares of the Company (the "Option Shares") on 15 December 2021. The exercise of the over-allotment option ends the stabilisation period with immediate effect.
The purchase price of the Option Shares is Euro 4.50 per share, equal to the offer price in the Offering, for an aggregate consideration of Euro 2,811,879.
The Offering, including the Option Shares, amounts to a total of 6,924,862 shares, corresponding to approximately 29.15% of the Company's outstanding share capital.
