Racing Force Group: green light from Board of Directors to the completion of the dual listing project
Ronco Scrivia (GE, Italy), September 23rd, 2022 - The Board of Directors of Racing Force S.p.A. (the "Issuer"), the parent company of Racing Force Group, which is specialized in the development, production and marketing of safety components for motor racing worldwide, as well as listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, met today and, pursuant to the powers granted to it by the Shareholders' Meeting held on September 1st , 2022, resolved to complete the dual listing project by the end of September.
The Board of the Directors of the Issuer met after having been informed of the Euronext Paris S.A.'s decision to admit the Issuer's shares to listing on Euronext Growth Paris, taken on September 22nd, 2022.
