Subject: Intimation regarding execution of deed by material subsidiary and acquisition of 51% stake in LLP

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that M/s. Ganesha Recycling Chain Pvt Ltd, a material subsidiary of the Company, has entered into an Admission cum Reconstitute deed dated 15th May, 2026 with M/s. Shubhlaxmi Ecoplast LLP.

Further, pursuant to the said agreement, M/s. Ganesha Recycling Chain Pvt Ltd has acquired 51% stake/profit-sharing ratio in M/s. Shubhlaxmi Ecoplast LLP, the said LLP shall become a subsidiary of M/s. Ganesha Recycling Chain Pvt Ltd and consequently a step-down subsidiary LLP of the Company.

The details as required under SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
