Announcement of RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. on change in ownership of an executive officer

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act CXX of 2001 as well as pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, in order to meet the obligation to provide information, RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. as issuer announces the following.

Mr. László József Urbányi, the Managing Director of Rába Automotive Components Ltd. and RE-KARD LLC. sold 3,332 ordinary shares issued by RÁBA Plc. on the Budapest Stock Exchange on October 29, 2025 at an average price of HUF 3,770/share with the help of MBH Bank Plc. as an investment service provider.

After the transaction, Mr. László József Urbányi does not hold any Rába shares.
