RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a specialist provider of complex and integrated remote site services to organisations globally, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, 1 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7WS on 26 June 2024 at 13:00 (BST).

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be made available on the Company's website at: www.raints.com .
