Sub: Clarification for Financial Results- RSSOFTWARE

We refer to your e-mail dated June 07, 2021 on the subject matter.

In the above context we would like to submit that even though in financial year 2020-21 we have published financial results for all the four quarters together with half–year, 9 months ended, as well as for the full financial year, the Audited Financial Results, we confirm that financial results for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2021 are derived from the financial results for the full financial year and 9 months ended financial results.

We, therefore, give an addendum to this effect which is required to be stated as per Regulation 33 (3) (e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2021.
