I, Kristian Whitehead, P.Geo, author of the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report (Geological/Geophysical Summary) on the AT Property, Ottarasko Mountain, Tatla Lake Area, Clinton MD, BC” with an effective date of February 16, 2022 (the “ Report ”) do hereby consent to the inclusion of extracts from and summaries of the Report in the final prospectus of the Company dated May__, 2022 (the “ Prospectus ”) and the public filing of the Report with the regulatory authorities referred to above. I also consent to being named in the Prospectus.

I confirm that I have read the Prospectus and that the written disclosure in the Prospectus fairly and accurately represents the information in the Report.
