Amendment to the Notice of Annual General meeting

QUIZ notes an amendment to the recently issued Notice of Annual General Meeting which was posted to shareholders on 15 October 2021 ("the Notice").

Proxy forms relating to the Annual General Meeting are to be received by the Company's Registrars no later than 10.30am on 23 November 2021, not 24 November as stated in the Notice.

An amended Notice of Annual General Meeting reflecting 23 November 2021 as the latest date for the submission of proxy forms is available on the Company's website at: www.quizgroup.co.uk or by request at AGM@quizclothing.co.uk.
