Result of AGM

QUIZ, the omni-channel fast-fashion brand, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today, Wednesday 5 September 2018 all the resolutions set out in the previously published Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed.

The Company will pay the 0.8 pence per share interim dividend, as defined in the Group's RNS on the 17 August 2018, on or around 14 September 2018 to shareholders on the register on 17 August 2018.
