On December 5, 2019, QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that E. Thomas Hart, the Chairman and a valued member of the Company’s Board of Directors, passed away on December 3, 2019, surrounded by family. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
