Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 30, 2015, Ralph S. Marimon gave notice of his intended resignation, effective May 15, 2015, from the positions of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of QuickLogic Corporation (the “Company”) in order to accept a comparable position with another company. Mr. Marimon is the Company’s Principal Financial and Accounting Officer.
