Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, Board Meeting of Quick Heal Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 to consider and approve inter alia, the following business:

• To consider and approve standalone audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021;

• To consider and approve consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021;

• To consider declaration of dividend on equity shares, if any.

Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company, the trading window close period has commenced from April 01, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the financial results are made public on May 15, 2021.

Please note that in terms of the MCA notification F No. 1/32/2013-CL-V-Part dated March 19, 2020, the said meeting will be held through Video Conferencing.

As permitted, this letter is being submitted under Sd/- mode due to work from home as per the Government advisory on Covid-19 and as a part of safety measure.
