Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting
Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, Board Meeting of Quick Heal Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 to consider and approve inter alia, the following business:

To consider and approve standalone financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter ended September 30, 2021;

To consider and approve consolidated financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter ended September 30, 2021;
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company, the trading window close period has commenced from October 01, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the financial results are made public on October 25, 2021.
Please note that in terms of the MCA notification F No. 1/32/2013-CL-V-Part dated March 19, 2020, the said meeting will be held through Video Conferencing.
As permitted, this letter is being submitted under Sd/- mode due to work from home as per the Government advisory on Covid-19 and as a part of safety measure.
