• Sub: Announcement of Record Date for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“Company”) pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018

Dear Sir

This has reference to our earlier letter dated March 10, 2021, informing the stock exchanges that the Board of Directors have approved the buyback of equity shares by the Company, and our letter dated April 19, 2021, informing the stock exchanges that the shareholders have approved the buyback of equity shares by the Company.

We wish to inform you that, pursuant to regulation 42(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and regulation 9(i) of SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Buyback Committee of the Company vide circular resolution has fixed Monday, May 03, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity Shareholders who shall be eligible to participate in the Buyback of the Company.

As permitted, this letter is being submitted under Sd/- mode due to work from home as per the Government advisory on Covid-19 and as a part of safety measure.
