Sub: Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Nitin Kulkarni, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company on account of personal reasons.

The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on October 25, 2021, have accepted the resignation and his resignation will be effective from the closure of business hours of October 26, 2021 as a Key Managerial Personnel. The Board placed on record, appreciation for the services rendered by him during his tenure as CFO of the Company.

As permitted, this letter is being submitted under Sd/- mode due to work from home as per the Government advisory on Covid-19 and as a part of safety measure.
