Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have, at their meeting held on October 25, 2021 appointed Mr. Navin Sharma as new Chief Financial Officer of the Company and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. October 27, 2021.
A brief profile of Mr. Navin Sharma is appended hereunder:
Mr. Sharma is a Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience. Associated with large manufacturing companies & leading areas of business finance controlling, finance & accounts, customer acquisition, government policy initiatives, reporting, consolidation of financials, corporate taxation, transfer Pricing, financial & tax due diligence, M&A and deal structuring, risk management. He is having rich experience of managing accounting, taxation, PMO & valuation for demerger & merger of listed entity. In his last assignment, he was associated with Sterlite Technologies Limited as CFO- Connectivity Solutions.
