Mrs. Priti Rao, in her resignation letter, mentioned the reasons for her resignation as she does not feel comfortable about continuing on the Board and she expressed her discomfort about opportunity to get involved to add value is not changed. Mrs. Priti Rao has mentioned that these are the reasons for her resignation.
