Questerre Energy Corporation ("Questerre" or the "Company") reported the closing of the acquisition of Red Leaf Resources. Pursuant to the transaction, Red Leaf common shareholders exchanged their common shares for Questerre Common Shares based on an exchange ratio of 94 Questerre Common Shares for 1 Red Leaf common share. The officers of the Company listed below increased their ownership of Questerre Common Shares through this exchange.

Michael Binnion, President and Chief Executive Officer - Increase of 1,255,370 Common Shares through direct ownership and an increase of 1,408,151 Common Shares through indirect ownership. Total ownership, direct and indirect, post transaction is 21,990,112

Jason D'Silva, Chief Financial Officer - Increase of 940,000 Common Shares through direct ownership. Total ownership post transaction is 4,215,863.
