MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Equal Access Buy-Back – Share Cancellation

Queste Communications Ltd (ASX:QUE) ( Queste or the Company ) attaches a copy of ASIC Form 484 (Change to Company Details) notifying the cancellation of:

• 587,563 fully paid ordinary shares; and

• 10,000,000 partly paid ordinary shares[1] ,

pursuant to its recently concluded off-market, equal access share buy-back.

As a result of the share cancellation Queste’s share capital now comprises:

• 27,817,316[2] listed fully paid ordinary shares; and

• 10,000,000 unlisted partly paid ordinary shares, each paid up to 1.5225 cents per share, representing the equivalent of 761,250 voting shares[3] ,

making a total of 28,578,566 voting shares on issue.

• 1 The terms of the partly paid shares are set out on page 21 of the Buy-Back Offer Booklet.

2 Note that the ASIC Form 484 (Section C3) incorrectly shows the total of Ordinary Shares on issue post Buy-Back as 28,404,879 (the same as the pre Buy-Back number on issue) resulting from an ASIC online processing error. The total amount paid up on the post Buy-Back ordinary Shares shown on the Form 484 (“5887926.00”) is also incorrect, and should be “5563463.20”. Queste has filed a Notice of Correction form with ASIC to rectify these errors.

3 Each partly paid share is treated for voting purposes as being a proportion of a fully paid share, equal to the proportion to which it has been paid up - 1.5225 cents per share, representing 7.61% of the $0.20 issue price.
