CONSENT OF EXPERT

Reference is made to the amended and restated prospectus dated September 13, 2023, amending and restating the final prospectus dated June 14, 2023 (the “ Amend and Restated Prospectus ”) of Questcorp Mining Inc. (the “ Corporation ”).

I, Hardolph Wasteneys, Ph.D., P.Geo, consent to being named in the Amend and Restated Prospectus and to the use of the Technical Report titled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the North Island Copper Property, Northern Vancouver Island, Central British Columbia ” dated July 27, 2022 (the “ Technical Report ”) in connection with the filing of the Amend and Restated Prospectus and to the inclusion of the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Amend and Restated Prospectus, including the written disclosure of the Technical Report and of extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report contained in the Amend and Restated Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Report or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
