QUEST – Update on postponement of annual financial statement

Questback Group AS (the “Company”) refers to the announcement made on 30 May 2023 regarding a postponement of the Company's audited annual financial statement for 2022. As described in the announcement, the Company is engaged in a constructive dialogue with the lender under its bond loan agreement in light of the Company's need for a strengthening of the Company's balance sheet. The Company has postponed the approval and publishing of the audited annual financial statement for 2022 in order to take into account the outcome of such discussions. These discussions are ongoing and have continued since the last announcement, and the Company's approval and publishing of the financial statements are still pending the outcome of such discussions.
