We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Quess Corp Limited ("Company") is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, to consider and approve, inter-alia , the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.

Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from Monday, December 28, 2020 and shall remain closed until January 29, 2021.
