Update on MIST / ITG Acquisition

Qube Logistics Holdings Limited (“Qube”) today announced it has received confirmation that the ACCC will not oppose Qube’s acquisition of Macarthur Intermodal Shipping Terminal Pty Ltd (MIST). MIST and its operating subsidiaries trade as Independent Transport Group (ITG).

Accordingly, Qube expects that completion will occur on or about 22 August 2012.
