New Appointment to IAC

Qube Logistics (“Qube”) is pleased to announce that Robert Dove has today been appointed to Qube’s Investment Advisory Committee (IAC).

Robert Dove is a Managing Director with The Carlyle Group in Washington DC. He is co-head of Carlyle Infrastructure Partners, a $1.2 billion infrastructure fund that was raised in 2007. Prior to joining Carlyle in 2006, Mr. Dove was a Senior Vice President of Bechtel Group where he had responsibility for aspects of its project development and financing activities. Mr. Dove currently sits on the boards of a number of Carlyle’s infrastructure investments.

Sam Kaplan, Managing Director of Kaplan Funds Management, the Manager of Qube, said “We are pleased that Robert has joined the IAC. Robert has been involved in the growth and operation of businesses across a broad range of industries and geographies and this experience should greatly assist Qube with its ongoing growth and development”.
