Exercise of PDMR Share Options and Total Voting Rights

Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, announces that it has issued and allotted a total of 37,978 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by Daniel Mendis Commercial and Operations Director of Quartix Limited.

Following the exercise of options, Mr Mendis is now interested in 51,978 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital following Admission.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 37,978 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence on 2 April 2025 for these new Ordinary Shares.

After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 48,430,156 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 48,430,156. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
