Grant of Options

Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking software and services, announces that on 6 October 2025, the Company granted 27,500 options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") exercisable at the nominal share price to Daniel Mendis, Commercial and Operations Director.

This grant of options forms part of his remuneration and represents the only options Mr Mendis holds. The grant is subject to performance conditions and objectives on key measures of business performance covering net growth in annual recurring revenue from new business, channel development in target markets and sales organisation and efficiency. The options vest in a single tranche in 2026, to the extent that the conditions are met by then and must be held for at least 12 months. Mr Mendis currently holds 51,978 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces the granting of 21,052 options over Ordinary Shares to each of the following PDMRs, also on 6 October 2025:

·    Sally Morton, Company Secretary and Finance Director

·    Glen Middleton, Head of Telematics

·    Sean Maher, Sales Director

·    Ian Pawley, Head of Infrastructure and Support

The options are exercisable at the price of 285 pence per share and will vest on 6 October 2028, subject to continued employment at that date.
