Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services, has been notified today that on 1 June 2026, Glen Middleton, a PDMR of the Company and his wife Georgina Middleton, each sold 1,100 and 5,262 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively, at a price of 266.00 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, the combined shareholding of Glen Middleton and his wife, Georgina Middleton in the Company is 45,932 Ordinary Shares.
