Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified today that Daniel Mendis, a PDMR of the Company, bought a total of 14,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 182.7 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, Mr. Mendis now holds 14,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
