PDMR Shareholding

Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, analytical software and services, has been notified today that Glen Middleton, a PDMR of the Company, together with his wife, Gina Middleton, sold a total of 15,551 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 244 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result, Mr. Middleton's beneficial holding, including his wife's shareholding, in the Company is 71,365 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
