Quartix Technologies plc, a leading supplier of vehicle tracking systems and services, has been notified that on 30 July 2021, Laura Seffino, the Chief Technology Officer and a PDMR of the Company, sold 11,365 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 457 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Ms. Seffino is now interested in 6,635 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital.
