Director Share Transfers

Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of vehicle telematics services to the fleet and insurance sectors, has today been informed of transfer of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Quartix Holdings plc ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR.

On 12 April 2019, Paul Boughton, a director of the Company, and his wife transferred a total of 14,689 Ordinary Shares their ISAs.  To effect the transfer of 14,689 shares, Mrs Boughton sold 14,689 shares at 250 pence and both Mr and Mrs Boughton repurchased a total of 14,689 at 250.20 pence to each of their ISAs.  Mr. Boughton's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer so he remains interested in 53,889 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
