Director Share Transfers

Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of vehicle telematics services to the fleet and insurance sectors, has been informed of transfer of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Quartix Holdings plc ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR.

Peter Brown, a director or Quartix Limited, transferred a total of 32,433 Ordinary Shares to his ISA on 27 March 2019.  To effect the transfer 32,453 shares were sold at 260 pence and 32,433 repurchased at 260.15 pence.  Mr. Brown's beneficial holding has changed by 20 Ordinary Shares as a result of this transfer so he remains interested in 214,980 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45% per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
