Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services in the UK, has been notified that on 12 March 2018, Peter Brown, a PDMR of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 363.5 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr. Brown is now interested in 115,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital.
