F1: On December 2, 2021, 3,544,040 shares of Class A Common Stock held by Khosla Ventures III, L.P. ("KV III") were distributed to the limited partners and general partners of KV III in a pro rata distribution for no consideration. Of such distributed shares, 1,288,742 shares of Class A Common Stock were received by Khosla Ventures Associates III, LLC ("KVA III") and subsequently distributed by KVA III to its members. Of such distributed shares received by KVA III, 890,137 shares of Class A Common Stock were received by VK Services, LLC ("VK Services").

F2: Consists of securities held of record by KV III, of which KVA III is the general partner. Vinod Khosla is the managing member of VK Services, which is the manager of KVA III.
