Shareholder Information and Update

Further to the announcements of 22 March 2018, including the 2017 Full Year Statutory Accounts and Appendix 4E, the Company provides the shareholder information set out in the following page.

Shareholders wishing to access the documentation relating to the Deed of Company Arrangement including the reports prepared by the Administrator pursuant to section 439A of the Corporations Act should visit the Company’s website at http://www.quantumgraphite.com/investors.

The Company has submitted a draft Notice of Meeting in respect of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to the ASX for its consideration. Shareholders will be notified of the AGM details as soon as the Company receives ASX approval of the draft Notice.
