CORPORATE UPDATE

Termination of External Administration

The Company is pleased to announce that the Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCAs) have been fully implemented with all conditions satisfied. Accordingly, the Company and its operating subsidiary, Quantum Graphite Operations Pty Ltd, are no longer under external administration.

Grant of Exploration Licence EL6224

The Company also announces that the Exploration Licence known as EL4778 is terminated. The exploration area represented by the former EL4778 is the subject of the grant of a new Exploration Licence EL6224.
