Valence Industries Ltd ( Valence ) (ASX: VXL and VXLO) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities from the commencement of trading on Tuesday 30 June 2015.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to finance facilities;

• (b) the Company requests that securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 1 July 2015; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
